Service Strategy

We constantly strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. The best possible solution when faced with device failure and troubleshooting is to have an in house team of service engineers with the right tools at hand. We are fully equipped with test gears, fault finding equipment and comprehensive list of spares.

Common spare parts, components and perishables are kept in stock in order to maintain short turnaround times for repairs. We are also heavily involved in design and fabrication of pilot plant systems such as cleaning in place modular and utility skids.
